The Vision for Itashinda is to build a national property portfolio.  The ambitions of the company are not only to have and manage accommodation with a reach in all provinces in South Africa, but to provide quality accommodation. 

One of the main passions for Itashinda House is Student Accommodation.  Not only does the country face a shortage of student accommodation, but a significant amount of the student accommodation  provided to students is of low quality.   The main aim of Itashinda is to provide student with a high standard of accommodation and environment across the country that would usually seem out of reach for the average student.

A high standard of quality accommodation and environment should allow students to focus on their studies as opposed to being preoccupied with issues related to living conditions.
